
Mt Warning, also know as Cloud Catcher, Wollumbin, Wulambiny Momoli and other names is a magical place steeped in a long legacy of history and culture. Opened by NSW State Attorney General Francis Boyce in 1929. The summit track has now been closed to the public for over four years, since march 2020. Shrouded in secrecy and political controversy, the true reasoning for the ongoing closure of the renowned summit track remains a hot topic of debate.
Making the pilgrimage up the world renowned summit trail holds a special significance in the hearts of so many people for countless reasons. This exploration aims to share some insight into personal stories and the ongoing efforts to reopen this magical mountain.
